     What ABK will do for you

    1. Preparation of Company Year-End Accounts* to be produced within 28 days of us receiving all the relevant information from you.
    2. Preparation of abbreviated Company Accounts where appropriate.
    3. Director’s personal tax return. The first income tax return that we shall be dealing with is for the year ending 5th April 2016.
    4. Corporation Tax Computations and Returns, we will also submit the return on your behalf.
    5. Quarterly VAT Calculations.
    6. Dealing with HM Revenue and Customs.
    7. Dealing with Companies House.
    8. Payroll administration including, at no extra cost, Real Time Submission filings with HMRC.
    9. Completion of P11D form.
    10. Provision of advice about IR35.
    11. On-going tax and accountancy advice throughout the year.
    12. Regular review of the Company’s books.
    13. To adhere to the terms of our Service Guarantee.

     Our Fees

    Our fees are £120 for a single-person limited company. Fees are paid by monthly Direct Debit. Unlike other companies there are NO entry or exit fees.
    *If you would like us to complete your company year end accounts, we simply ask that you have been a client of ABK for one year or have made 12 monthly payments. All accountants are part or fully qualified.
